Custom Fields for when creating event

Hi -

We are using Event Booking 1.6.6 - Does the Event Booking component have the ability to add custom fields that can be used when creating an event? I know the component has the ability to add custom fields to the registration screen for the event. But we would like to add custom fields to the event setup is that possible currently with the component?
Also what does the Custom Fields ID's under Advance Settings under Events do? The description says - "Enter IDs of custom fields which you want to appear on [View List] function in the front-end" I'm not sure what the view list is...
