No way to apply coupon code at checkout

I just upgraded my Event Booking and when I test the checkout process I noticed there is no way to "apply" the coupon codes I have in the system. The codes have worked in the past but now there is no way to add the code to your cart to change the price during checkout. I've searched the forum and all throughout the configuration and can't figure out what is wrong. Please advise! View the cart link View site Thank you for your assistance!!

Could you please check and make sure:

1. You enable coupon in Configuration of Events Booking

2. You enable coupon for the events you are registering for ?

Configuration - Enable Coupon Feature set to Yes
And in each event Enable Coupon is set to Both Individual and Group Registration.

Here is a snapshot of the page. There isn't a button to apply the coupon code. When I performed a test checkout and entered the coupon code the price was not adjusted. How does the customer apply the coupon code? I've checked the settings and to my knowledge everything is correct. Please help! Coupon codes are active and parents are wanting to use them to register!
