Event Booking - Group Setup

Need to know what buttons in admin need to be selected for the following to occur using the Coupon Function:

1. Monthly Event Cost is $20 for Members/$30 for Guests
2. Member receives email stating that registration is now available. (AcyMailing)
3. Member goes to event detail page from email link and chooses to register for event using ->MEMBER coupon code and receives $10 discount.
3. Member also chooses to add a guest at $30.

Maybe I'm having an error? I think I have set this up correctly.
But when I go to Group Registration the only thing I see on that page is>

"Please enter information in the form below to complete group registration for event Luncheon Topic: Operations & Maintenance.
Number Members
Members information
Billing Information"

There are no forms to enter information into!!! Help!

From what I see, it seems there is javascript conflict and the system doesn't allow you to enter number of registrants and enter members information....

Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin and FTP account of your site. We are going to check to see what's wrong and get it corrected for you
