Does Event Booking Hold Registrants for Admin Appr

I'm curious if Event Booking can hold registrations until the Administrator approves of them? Meaning, if a user applies for an event and the registration is sent to the admin, is there a way to hold the payment (or registration of a free event) of the registrant until the admin approves of the user?

Unfortunately, Events Booking doesn't handle this feature. At the time users register for the event, if it is paid events, users will be able to pay for the registration right at the time they made the registration. There is no feature to allows admin approve before users can make payment.
