OS PDF Indexer - Installation fails

Hi,

I bought PDF Indexer last week and I cannot install it in Joomla 3.3.1. When I try to install the com_docindexer.zip file, I only get the message:

Error - An error occured!
0 SQL =

Any ideas?

Also, we accidentally bought 2 licences of the same product. Is it possible to get a refund on one?
