Hi Tuan,
When my visitors pay for the event with 2Checkout, they don't get the confirmation-email I have designed in Event Booking, where the information about the event and payment type and the like, are on. How do I get it send that mail?

The registrant gets put in the database as pending, but don't receive the mail from event booking. Also, the administrator does not get a mail, saying that there is a new registrant.
Is it because the 2CO-plugin is in testmode?

Hi
It should work well in test mode, too. Could you please submit a support ticket sending me super admin and FTP account of your site? I will have to check the logs to see what's wrong with the payment and get it corrected/
