At the moment, the extension doesn't support the feature which you are asking for. So if you want to have it works like that, you will need to customize the code in the extension:

Can we change the image by default?

=> I need more detailed explanation about how you want it to work so that I can guide you. Maybe you want that each event will have it own thumbnail image ?

Can we add the number of available place and put "Full" when it is ?

=> It will take a dev about one hour of working. So unless it is really needed, please use it as how it is. Since it takes time for this modification, we might ask you to pay for it.

Can we add line-break for the text

=>Yes, that's easy.
