Registration issues

Hey Tuan,
I am having a few issues with registrations, and they don't seem to be consistent across categories...
If (for one event in category CRS) I click the register button, it goes to the registration page. I enter my details and click "Registration Confirmation" which goes to next screen. Then I click "Process registration" and I get a white screen.

However!
In Training category, I click on Register(Individual) and I get a white screen, with plain text labels and text boxes for input... there is no styling and no buttons etc...
In this same category, group registration works until registration confirmation, then same issue as above.

Please advise urgently as the site is due to go live on Monday!!!

It seems you are using an old version of the extension . I sent you the latest version via email, please get it and update to your site. After that, everything will work as expected .

The version you sent me is the same as I already had installed (1.1.0)
I uninstalled and re-installed, but still have the same issues.

It must be something special on your site . Could you please submit a support ticket contains FTP account and Joomla administrator account of your site so that I can check and fix it for you ?

I just went to your site, installed the latest version of the extension and It is all working fine now. Please go to your site to check it and confirm it works .

As I said, you didn't have latest version of the extension on your site .(You had version 1.1.0, however, it is not the latest build ) .
