Custom Fields Not Showing In Results

Hi Tuan,

I have set up several events, but certain custom fields are not working problem.

The issue seems to be:

A person making a button makes a selection from a drop down list.
The item is validated properly.
When the form is submitted, the selection is left blank.

Would you know what this issue is and how I might fix?

Could you please submit a support ticket :

1. Send me admin and FTP account of the site.

2. Send me the link to registration page and explain what field you are having this problem.

I will check to see what's wrong and get it corrected for you
