Invoice an T&C settings per event? was created by Niqui
Hi,

My client is using Event Booking and has two events at this time. But we are having some issues that we can't solve, so I hope maybe you can help us.

First: my client is organizing this events for their clients (organizing events is their business). One of the events that are running at this moment is a free event. Is it possible to disable the invoice sent by email-option only for this event?
And we also notice that the invoice numbers continues for both events with the same series. We want a new event to start the invoice with 001 again (for example), even if possible with a different prefix. It would be really really helpful if the invoice could be configured per event (or maybe per categorie, that would work too).

And I can see that I can choose different Terms & Conditions per event. Good! But is it possible to disable the mandatory check per event? Because the free event doesn't really need this. Off course we can work around this by having a very simple one-line T&C article for this event, but maybe I'm overlooking some option to disable it ;).

Hope you can help us out a bit, the invoice issue is most important for us.

Thanks!
Niqui

Hi Niqui

=> I believe in the latest version of Events Booking (which is 1.6.6 at the moment), the extension won't send invoice to registrants when events are free. So maybe you can upgrade.

And we also notice that the invoice numbers continues for both events with the same series. We want a new event to start the invoice with 001 again (for example), even if possible with a different prefix. It would be really really helpful if the invoice could be configured per event (or maybe per categorie, that would work too).

=> That would be nice to have feature. However, at the moment, we don't have support for it unfortunately and you will need to find someone to customize the code for you if you want to have this feature. This will require few hours of working and unfortunately, it is not in scope of our support.

And I can see that I can choose different Terms & Conditions per event. Good! But is it possible to disable the mandatory check per event? Because the free event doesn't really need this. Off course we can work around this by having a very simple one-line T&C article for this event, but maybe I'm overlooking some option to disable it

=> This will require small modifications to the code and we will be happy to help you. Please submit a support ticket so that we can help you modify code. Basically, we can edit code so that if you don't choose terms and conditions for the event, we won't display and users won't have to check on terms and conditions checkbox

Thank you Tuan for the response.

Where can I find version 1.6.6? All I can find is 1.6.5 if I look at the downloads section.

Support ticket for the T&C is coming ;)

1.6.6 is not offical release yet. However, in the My Downloads section, just download that latest version from there and you will see that you have 1.6.6 installed.
