Sorry Erik but I am afraid of it is difficult to fix this kind of errors. It might happens with a special combination of web browser + Operating system the client is using.
We don't see the problem ourself and none of other customers reported the issue like that so far. So maybe you can tell your client to ask someone else who uses a different computer to test it to see how it goes ?
