Double up of Billing was created by Rolf
Hello
I am using the Event Registration. I am having troubles with the Group Booking. The website address is:
www.athertonbaptist.org.au
In testing to register a group for the event (fun for kids), I have no problem going through the registration process. I have registered Member 1 and then Member 2. It then asks me to complete Billing Information which has the same questions as previously completed on Member 1 and Member 2 When I go go PayPal, it not only bills for the first two ($50) but adds another $50 on top. I only want to be able to register the first two persons.
I have taken a screenshot which is on the attached document. Any ideas as to what I need to change? Thank you.

Hi Tuan
I have built the form for both single registration as well as being able to register up to three persons.
the Single works very well but when I test book two people, it books Member 1 and Member 2 no problems. When I press continue booking, it adds and extra screen Group Registration Confirmation. It asks me to re put in the same questions I asked for member 1 and member 2 again. I hope this makes sense.

Hi Tuan
I have attached step by step screenshots of what it is doing for Group Bookings.
In Step 2 and Step 3 I enter the information about Member 1 and member 2.
In Step 4 it asks me for "Billing Information" but again it asks the medical questions. The medical questions should only be on the Individual ones. I need to remove the added information. The result is Screen 5 with Member 1 and Member 2 down the bottom but a double up of information at the top.
thank you

Hi
I believe you can go to Events Booking -> Custom Fields, edit the custom field, set Display In property of that custom field to "Both Group Member form and Individual Billing Form" and check it again ?
Regards,
Tuan

Tuan, one more thing. One the first screen for this event, it says
"AVAILABLE PLACE" when it should say "AVAILABLE PLACES" to use the correct English. I have attached a file showing what I mean.
Are you able to advise how I change this? Do I have to go into the actual CSS files?
Thanks in advance
Rolf

Hi
You can go to Events Booking -> Translation, find the text and change it to meet your need.
