The login error seems to be fixed but we have made no progress in the registration part which was my original issue.

As a member, I want to be able to register myself for an event and get the discounted rate. While I am registering myself for an event, I want to register and pay for additional people to go with me to the event. These additional people are NOT members. When I register them, I need to make it so that only myself (the member) receives the discounted rate.

So, in review, I want to be able to register myself (I am the member) at the discounted rate of $15. I am the ONLY person who can receive the discounted rate. Then I want to be able to modify or add to my cart additional people who are not members. Those people will receive the rate of $30 for non members.

The total of my checkout should be $15 for me (the member) and $30 for each additional person I am taking me.

Please help me accomplish this.
