Invoices - variables?

Where can I find a complete list of [variables] for invoices? I searched on the forum, documentation, etc., and I can't find them.

I could see where the invoice is on Membership Pro but couldn't see it in Events Booking.
I need to add an ABN (Australian Business number) and also make it clear that the invoice is not a Tax Invoice.
So I am really looking at layout.
I have added the a txt file with the html for the member invoice
