I am having a problem where registrants are having to hit the submit details button several times to get the submission to go through.

Hi Kelli

That's strange. What browsers you are using ? And what version of the extension you are using ? If it is possible, please download latest version from My Downloads section - version 1.6.6, upgrade it to your site and check it again ?

Thank you for your quick response.
I am using Chrome. It looks like the latest version that is in my downloads, available to me, is 1.6.5, which is the version I am using. Also, the button on my dashboard says "Event Booking is up-to-date"

Hi Kelli

The latest version from My Downloads section is 1.6.6. Download and install it and you will see. The dashboard says "Events Booking is up-to-date" is because I haven't made 1.6.6 public release yet. I want to make some other small improvements before annoucing about this release.

I am now on version 1.6.7 and have ran into this same problem once again. I am having to click the submit button multiple times for the registrations to go through.

Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can check and solve it for you ? Maybe something with javascript conflict ?

Hi,

The same problem that registrants have to hit the submit button several times before the submission goes thru is happening on my site...
I'm on version 1.6.10...( on joomla 3.3.6 on a synology DS211J) ..It looks like the problem is browser independant...

Any suggestions....

have a look at theatergroepbisonder.nl
then "reserveren"

You can fill in a form and after "verwerk inschrijving"which is dutch for submit , the problem accurs. Not always the first time but on the second time it shows the problem.....
