Questions about Event Booking

Hi Tran,
I have sent the following questions on the ticket area:-


(1) Hi Tran,
I have installed Event booking and the extension was successfully updated.

It come back with the following message:-Warning

JFolder: :delete: Path is not a folder. Path: C:\wamp\www\cgca30\administrator\components\com_eventbooking\models

Should I be worried about that!!

(2) Hi
I have installed the new version. The only thing is that the events are not showing and when I try and create a new event it fails. ie it says that it is successful but when I go back into Event management, I do not see the new event created.

A little strange here.

1 => You don't have to worry about it. It won't affect the way the system works.

2=> That's strange. Please make sure you leave us admin and FTP account of your site so that we can check it (seems we don't see your ticket in our ticket system ?)

Hi tran,
I entered the information 3 ways
(1) Via your Ticket system? An existing ticket.
(2) via email reply
(3) via event booking using the website.

Look that doesn't matter here. I am doing the upgrades on my laptop to see what happens. I am happy to upgrade the production site now after I back it up again and see what happens.
Are you happy to wait . This may take a while. I'm aiming to have it done by today (cross fingers).

Well option 1 I created a ticket, I can not find it myself. I apologise if I have given you the wrong information.

Maybe the ticket was not saved for some reasons ? Could you please go to joomdonation.com/support-tickets.html and submit a new support ticket now ?
