I can't see AM / PM in the event view (category layout, didn't test others yet) after the specified start and end times

finally guess it's related to joomfish multilingual and/or general date format settings (the latter though didn't make any difference when I change it in de-DE.ini) , I will live well with %H: %M solution as mainly working with clients used to this time format.
