Cannot remove booking as administrator/user

Hello,

I found this module incredible and it works 100% but I'm having issues testing the cancellation module.

In this weeks I'm creating a new website and I tried several bookings in the events in order to find bugs or problems. I found this bug:

After the booking I tried to remove them from the REGISTRANT MENU (in event booking adm panel) but when I go to see how many people are registered in the event they are still there ! Not the user but only the numbers of people who booked it. If use the account of removed people the front-end says that they are already registered (even if I removed them from the REGISTRANT Tab in the EVENT BOOKING control panel).

I created another account and did another booking to the event, I enabled the booking cancellation from USER and when I tried to cancel it from the USER PANEL in the front-end the system said: INVALID ACTION ! :'(

Please help me! How can I fix it ? How can I let people to remove their booking by their own? :sick: :dry:

First of all, about deleting registrants, I checked it and could not see the problem like you said. Could you please submit a support ticket giving me access to your site so that I can check to see what's wrong and get it corrected for you?

Regarding the cancel registration issue, your setup seems correct. I don't know why it throw an invalid action. Maybe you are not using latest version ?

I will check it on your site when I receive your support ticket.
