New Update not installing

I keep getting an error message while trying to install the latest update.





Also, is it possible to delete one member from a group without deleting the whole thing if it's a free event?

Could you please check to see whether you can install any other extensions? From the error message you show here, I believe it is something with permission issue (of tmp folder) on your site and it could not be installed.

You can submit a support ticket and I will help you to install it. However, since I am too busy this weekend (there are works in queue which I need to get done), I can only help you on Monday morning. Hope that's OK for you.

In the current version, you still cannot delete registrants. However, it will be the next thing I work on (for version 1.6.5).
