In Group Registration Country drop-down not shown

It appears that drop-down menu is not shown next to Country and it doesn't allow user to get through registration process.

I can see the Country drop down in Individual Registration Form but no the Group Registration Form. I do have Country set to Show in Configuration > Group Member Fields. Indeed I have tried to set Show to No, but still the Label apperars but not the Country drop down list.

Why should it appear in the Individual Form but not the Group Form ? Any ideas?

There are two places for this setting :

- The first place is in the configuration area of the extension. This setting will become default setting for creating new event form.
- The second place is in the event itself. In event edit/add new screen, you can see that there is setting for group member fields as well . By chaning the setting here, you can override the default configuration which you set in configuration area


So in this case, please go to events management screen, edit the event and makes sure you set Show country field to Yes for this event .

Tuan, I have tried this solution. I can see Country in the Individual Form but not the Group Form. I have tried switching it on and off in both the Configuration and the Events modules, but still they do not show.

Could you please submit a support ticket contains FTP account and Joomla administrator account of your site so that I can check it for you ? I just tested again on my local server and didn't see the problem like you said .

Tuan, resolved this issue on my site but I do not know what the solution was. I think Tuan may be too busy to post his solution or he may be working on the solution itself in the next release ?
