Hi Pete
The only way is that you can go to Events Booking -> Registrants, create a new registration record to re-present these offline registrants.

Hmy, editing a number of registrants sounds much easier. Why creating a new registratio? Is there any walkaround? I assumie that there is problem with sending another invoice, confirmation etc, but what if I don't use invoices?
