Blank page after clicking "process registration" was created by gray
Hi There
Im having a small issue with the final process of an event booking: I get a blank page after you click "PROCESS REGISTRATION" (see attached images)
Our events are all free.
I also did select the open "Fix Process button not working" in the back end configuration.

There might be something special on your site causing this issue. Please submit a support ticket sending us admin and FTP account of your site.
I will check to see what's wrong and get it corrected for you !

Hi there
Ok great I will submit a ticket with the details,
I've put a copy of the site on another server, so when you find the error
could you provide the details on how and why the problem came to be
so I can apply it to the live site.
My company doesnt allow us to give server access to 3rd parties, so the details
im sending you are for my private server. the site is identical though.
opening the support ticket now.

There was a bug in the plugin "Events Booking - Jomsocial Activities" and it causes the issue. We fixed it and It works well now. Please go to your site to check it and confirm !

Hello Tuan,
I purchased Event Booking in June 2015 and I am having same problem with the screen going blank after processing a registration - can you advise how to fix this issue?

We need to check it directly on your site so that we can know what's the actual reason of the error and get it sorted. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and the link to registration page so that we can check ?
