Total Amount on Confirmation Screen

I would like to remove the text after the total amount that says "(including $XX.XX extra fee)"

I am using the custom fee fields to have multiple ticket options using a radio button so there are no extra fees, but rather just two choices for ticket prices. How can I remove that text? See screenshot below.

Go to Events Booking -> Translation, you should be able to find the text and remove it .
