Event Booking Group Registration and common fields

Is it possible to have for a group registration common fields which have to be filled once for a registration, and other fields valid for each registrant (header - lines) for example

Competition tennis/badminton
Level 1/2/3
Age 20-30/30-40

number of participants 2

name email racket (yes/no)
name1 name1@gmail.com no
name2 name2@gmail.com yes

It means when you book an event you fill in first the common fields (header) then the number of participants (as implemented now), followed by the data per registrant (as implemented now).
In fact the header information are the team characteristics of the participants, and as I see it now have to be repeated for every participant with the risk of introducing differences. Possibly this functionality exists.

The question is not specific about the layout, only about the datamodeling capabilities.

Maybe create these custom fields and set up it so that it will only be displayed on Group Billing Form ? That mean each group registration will only have to fill-in these information one time ?
