I seem to have a problem related to sending out mail in two separate modules. In the EB Upcoming events module the Invite Friend button is activated and in the Contact Form module the Send Reply to Submitter is also activated. Both return with messages that invitation and mail has been sent but the recipient doesn't mail in either event. Am I missing a configuration somewhere?
Maybe the mail server on your site doesn't work. Could you please go to Users -> Users Manager, create a new user to see whether that user receives email or not ?
The mail server is working because it sends the appropriate email when the contact form is submitted and when an event registration is completed. It is just the one button that don't seem to work: Invite Friend and the check box in the contact form Send Reply to Submitter.
That's strange. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us admin and FTP account of your site so that we can check to see what's wrong and get it corrected for you.
