Community Builder Profile Image on Registration

I want to know if its possible to make a custom image appear on a Community Builder Profile once a user has registered for an event?

I once did this with a admin moderated button a user profiles but I want to try to automate the process.

We give out Patches at our events and I would like to find a automated way to add it to a Specific Tab on the Profile...

Any ideas?

I am using Joomla 2.5.19, Community Builder 1.9.1 and Event Booking 1.4.5
