Online Documentation 404 Screenshots

The screenshots in the documentation for custom fields and fee fields seem to be missing. Are the value separated by carriage return, one per line, or by commons.

Also, what are the Rows, Columns, Size, Extra and Depend on fields for?

I look at your settings and see that it is correct. Each option value need to be entered on one line (exactly as you did).
