reminder emails question

is there a special reminder email that is sent or do the notification emails get resent? Reason I'm asking is no one is getting the reminder emails and I do have the ebreminder plug installed////is there something else that is needed or am I missing something?

All you need to do is have ebreminder plugin installed. You can submit a support ticket giving us access to your site. We will check to see whether the emails were sent or not (when it is sent, there is a field in #__eb_registrants table marked to 1 so that the system know that reminder was sent).
