How to Prevent Duplicate Registrations was created by tanya
I put YES to "Prevent duplicate registration" in the configuration tab, but I'm still getting some duplicate registrations on free events. These users are logged in (not public). Could it have anything to do with "Reduce Registration process = YES" option???

I need to prevent duplicate registration!

Hi Tanya

That's strange. Could you please login and :

1. Register for an event ?

2. Access to that event again to see whether you can still register for it ?

Please check that and let me know the result. Set Reduce Registration process = YES should not cause this error.
