Group Payment not calculating

Hi Tuan
I have just tryed to register a group of 4 and when it went to PayPal it only charged 1 but showed 4 in the registrants list.

Can you please look at my settings or advise how to fix. I did find a similar thread but you appeared to fix this directly for them,

Could you please explain more deteails ? You are saying that only one member in the group is charged ? Other members are not ? Could you please give me an exactly sample (if you can make a screenshot, that would be great).

Hi, I hope the new year celerbrations are going well for you and your family in your new house.

I have set the group booking prices as $10 and I do not require individual registrations in group bookings so they can just book a group of 4 people under 1 name.
I did a booking on our site for a phone booking for 4 people. I went to the event page, went to group booking added 4 people and followed it thru to PayPal and it booked out 1 person only for $10 but showed 4 people in the list of registrants.
Reading the forum it seemed like I need to add a custom field and do the calcualtion in that but i don't think that is correct and the Event Booking component should do it for me.
I have attached 4 screen shots
The "Bill Spence Booking.jpg" is the email sent to the customer showing 4 people and the "paypal bill spence.jpg" is the actual Paypal transaction showing only 1 person at $10
The "new paypal image" is one I did today again for 4 people and again only 1 at $10
The "group registration.jpg" shows the box where the number of people is added.

Sorry to disturb you at this important time of year but this issue is costing us money. We have underbilled people by A$80 this week.

I am changing the settings to require individuals in the group booking to see if that helps.

It seems there is something wrong with the settings of your event. Submit a support ticket (or contact me via Skype) sending me admin and FTP account of your site.

I will check and correct it for you right away.

I believe I found and solved the issue. In the Advanced Settings tab of the event, you set Fixed Group price to 10 and the price for group registration now doesn't depend on the number of people in the group. I removed the Fixed Group price for the event and It should work well now. Please check it and confirm !

Yes, that fixed it, I have run a full registration through and it worked perfectlt..
i will studyy the fix you found to ensure i understand and do not make the same mistake again
