Group Registration

Hello

I am trying to set up an event where someone can register a group. I have created the event not problem and I have many custom fields. The problem is that after you enter all the info for the registrants, those same custom field appear for the billing information.

Is there a way to not have the custom fields be asked for the billing info?

You can simply edit the custom field , there is a field property called Display In. Set it to "Both Group Member form and Individual Billing Form" and it should solve the issue.

I tried this out and I do not have any luck. I have attached a screen capture of what is available.

Basically I have a custom field that I would like all members to completed regardless of individual registration or group registration but I do not want the user to complete this field again for the billing.

Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and :

1. Send me the link to the registration form.

2. Tell me the name of the field

I will check and config it for you. Right now, it seems you set Display In to All and that's the reason causing the issue ?
