How to do "Up-coming events" was created by digitallachance
On the demo site, you have a section in the left-hand column called Up-coming events.
How can I duplicate that on my own web site based on my events?
Thanks!

Hi,
May be this will help you too:
If you can't see the upcoming events at the front end, that could be caused by the standard position 'left' of the module mod_eb_events.
May be your template uses different positions for the modules. By changing the module position, the upcoming events module appears at the front end.
Change the position in: extensions -> module manager -> up-coming events.
Best regards, Cynthia

Hi
I will spend sometime today to modify the module so that you can have an option to full events from all categories or some specific category. I will also include some other config options in the module to make it more flexible .
Will update you when it is done !
Thanks,
Tuan

Hi strullinger
I just completed new version of the upcoming events module. Please login to your account to download latest version of the extension, and re-install the up-coming events module (mod_eb_events.zip file) . The edit the module, you will see a parametter called Categories Ids . You can enter IDs of the categories which you want the module to display events from .
Thanks,
Tuan
