Coupons

Why is it that when I check the registered attendees for my event, it does not show which coupon code they register? Is there a way to know which discount coupons my registrants are using?

Not sure what version you are using. But if you are using latest version (1.6.2), you can go to Events Booking -> Configuration, look at Themes tab, find the config option Show Coupon Code In Registrant List, set it to Yes

After that, coupon code will be showed on Registrants management screen !

I'm currently using version 1.6.1. The configuration shows exactly what you mentioned and the coupons code are still not showing up. What is the possible cause of this?

I don't have any clue as I don't keep the code of 1.6.1 here. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us admin and FTP account of your site so that I can check to see what's wrong and get it corrected for you ?
