Custom Fields - Type: MultiSelect not saving

Just wondering if this might be a bug.

I have added some new field types: MultiSelect into Custom Fields area for customers to select when registering and noticed when I go into to history / edit my registration "as a customer" that these custom fields are not highlighting or pre-populted with previously selected data - like all the other fields (text boxes, drop downs, tick box).



I assume this means if I make a change to my registration details and hit save then anything in these MultiSelect values will be wiped?

Hi

It should be saved. Could you please check and make sure there are no space before and after each items in the select ?

Maybe send me the link to registration page so that I can check it myself.

Please submit a support ticket :

1. Sending me admin and FTP account of your site.

2. Let me know exactly the data for what custom field could not be saved.

We will check and solve it for you right after we receive you ticket.
