on the page to register a member( eventbooking.joomdonation.org/index.php?...&event_id=1&Itemid=4 ), how I translate the options of payment method?

Paypal
Authorize.net
Worldpay
Offline payment

Just go to Events Booking -> Payment Plugins, click on the payment plugin and you will be able to change it's title from there !
