Change a registration

Is there a way for registrants to change their registration at a later date? Currently, the only way I see of doing this is for a user to cancel and re-register.

Unfortunately, it is not possible. The reason is because if registrant changes the event, the price will be changed and how they will pay for you ? How will you refund the existing payment of the old registration.... ?

Thanks Tuan, that explanation make good sense.

In my case, I'm not using the payment feature, so refunds aren't an issue.

OK Tom. In any case, users should cancel his registration and then make the registration for the new event he wants.

I REALLY need this feature, even if it will only work under "Offline Payment" only. In fact, I cannot even use this for the reason I purchased it without this feature. Along with being able to change the registration, I would prefer that adding individuals to a group be open-ended, not set with a fixed number at the beginning of the registration process.

This feature is nice, but to be honest, it is difficult to handle. So I am afraid of it could not be added to the extension very soon.

If you really could not use the extension because it lacks this feature you can submit a support ticket asking me for refund and we will do that !
