I have a bug with the registration confirmation button.
If I enter details and click confirm and progress through confirmation all in one go then everything works ok and the registration is succesful.
If any of the following (see below) occur then clicking the registration button produces no action and I am stuck unable to register.
This seems then to effect other browsers and devices from also registering.
Clearing the Joomla cache seems to help some of the time, though i am not entirely convinced what I do to get it working again.
Events causing this include
- pressing back on detail confirmation page
- incorrectly entering captcha
- attempting to register for another (or same) event after having successfully registered
- cancelling registration and then attempting to register same or another event.
I have submitted a support ticket (13733 ) a few days ago with FTP and admin details but no response yet.
We have just sent a mailshot advertising our event and a lot of users are experiencing this bug.
Please advise.

Installed jQuery Easy and changed ordering of JCH optimise plugin.
Not sure which of these ultimately fixed it, but it wasnt a fault with the events booking component which now works like a dream.
Really sorry for could not reply you earlier (but I remember that I replied via email telling you turn off JCH optimize plugin).
Glad to hear that it works well now. The reason I could not reply you earlier because there is some problem with the internet connection in our country, we could not access to any websites located out side our country for some reasons (the internet cable over the sea was corrupted).
