1 - How to have more than 1 User/Coordinator(s) assigned to an event?. When creating the event, the "created by" value is currently being set to only 1 User/Coordinator. How do we connect a second User/Coordinator to that specific Event?

2 - Front End Registrant Management - How do we limit the ability to manage and export Registrants only to the specific Events that a User/Coordinator who "created by" was set to their userid?

Also, I see this was addressed in another forum post.
3 - When the "View Map" link from the Events by Location selection shows a pop-up box labled with the location, but lists the Upcoming events for all events, listed in date/time order. The solution was to get the latest version, which I have already but the problem still exists.
NOTE: currently I have this code commented out in \com_eventbooking\views\location\tmpl\default.php

<!-- PREVENT VIEW MAP which is showing a list of events
<a href="<?php echo JRoute::_('index.php?option=com_eventbooking&task=view_map&location_id='.$this->location->id.'&tmpl=component&format=html'); ?>" rel="gb_page_center[<?php echo $width; ?>, <?php echo $height; ?>]" title="<?php echo $this->location->name ; ?>" class="location_link view_map_link"><?php echo JText::_('EB_VIEW_MAP'); ?></a>
-->

Our current setup is Joomla 2.5.x and Events Booking 1.6.2. We have multiple events in the same location (some on same day/time) so we have created separate events for each one. We have many users (Coordinators) who are each in charge of 2-4 events, with some cases of 2 Coordinators who are in charge of the same 2-4 events. These users have been given permission in a newly created Coordinators user group. That Coordinators user group has been given permission to Allow for " Front-end Registrants Management" and "View Registrants List". The define('EB_ONLY_SHOW_REGISTRANTS_OF_EVENT_OWNER', 1); has been made.

Hi

Before I answer your questions, I would like to ask why do you need to have more than one user assigned to an event ? Allows them to edit and manage registrants ?

The issue #3 with view map was fixed long time ago, so maybe you should download latest version, upgrade to your site and check it again ?

Yes, we need the ability for a 2nd person to view the registrants and export the CSV of those for a specific events (tied to a one location) from the front end only.

The version my boss supplied us with was 1.6.2 - is there a later version I can tell him to download since the purchase is linked to him?

Hi, I also require more than one user to register per event as I have customers that need more than one person to attend training courses. It is possible to use another extension JSE but I prefer some of the features you have developed here... It is quite frustrating as I have carefully gone through the settings to see if there is anything I have missed but I still cannot update the quantity of persons attending the event. I also need to be able to capture each individual's information (custom field) too - is this possible?

I have also noticed that the map link is not routing you to the google map but rather to the same event again in the pop-up box. I have updated the software - currently running 1.6.2

Sorry I could not reply you earlier. Some internet cables were currupted and there is no way for us to access to website outside our country (Vietnam) before.

Back to this question, unfortunately, it is not possible. The version 1.6.2 is latest version already, so you are having latest version.

If you really want to have this feature, I think some customization will be needed (I think it will cost you 50$) for this customization. Please think about it and get back to us.

Regards,

Tuan

I think you can simply use group registration in this case. Please go to Events Booking -> Configuration, find the config option Activate Shopping Cart feature, set it to No. Then now, when you view the event, you will see a button called Register (Group) which allows you to register and enter any number of registrants you want for that registration.

Please try that and let me know the result.

Really sorry for lately response. There is no way for me to access to internet before :(.
