Child Events not updating in 1.6.2

Child Events not updating in 1.6.2 was created by OTWD
I create a parent event and setup the repeats - works perfect.
I noticed i put in the wrong time for the event so i update the parent event to the correct time and tick the update child events box. Then click save.
The time does not change on the child events - is this a bug or am i missing something??
