Attached documents - which directory?

According to instructions the attachments are supposed to be in media/com_eventbooking for your event. I don't show that directory. However when I go to the dropdown for the attachment it is showing a file ajax-loadding-animation.gif so if is pointing to some directory.

Do you know what that is so I can upload my attachment?

so if it is not there, can I just create the directory, or is there a plugin that somehow didn't get published?

ok so the directory is there but not visible and its owned by "www"

You could not upload the files ? That's strange. Maybe you can try to use this extension extensions.joomla.org/extensions/core-en...ile-management/24160 to upload files to media/com_eventbooking folder ? That extension is easy use, I think (don't need to use FTP in this case).

I'll try that, but I also have my hosting company changing the permissions on the folder. I'll let you know.
