Changing the "NOT_AUTHORIZED" text

I should be able to change the text when it says "NOT_AUTHORIZED", yes? It's generated from a JText function. I tried adding

EB_NOT_AUTHORIZED ="You are not authorized....." to the en-GB.com_eventbooking.ini file, but nothing changed.

I've never added new text, just changed existing stuff. Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong?

What language you are using ? If you are using English on your site, adding the text should solve the issue. Maybe you are using a different language and need to add it to the corresponding language file of that language?

I'm using English. I just added the line EB_NOT_AUTHORIZED="You are not authorized to access this information or area of the registration system." to en-GB.com_eventbooking.ini located in /language/en-GB.

It's still showing "NOT_AUTHORIZED" when I click on the Registrant Profile.

Is there another language file I should be looking for?

I think you should submit a support ticket sending us admin and FTP account of your site. I will check to see what's wrong and get it corrected for you !
