missing groupregistrants in csv file...

Hi Tuan,

I have a new issue with the event booking system. Im trying to export CSV file of registrants in a certain event, but the file only includes single registrants - and not group registrants.

I have checked the configuration, and "Include Group Members Records in CSV Export" is set to YES.

What is the problem?

That's strange. In this case, please submit a support ticket sending us admin and FTP account of your site. We will check to see what's wrong and get it corrected for you !
