Registrants not getting confirmation emails was created by Peter
We have an issue with the Event Booking plugin in that event registrants are not receiving booking confirmation emails, neither is our admin receiving booking notifications. This all has worked in the past but has stopped working over the last couple of weeks.
The Joomla site email configuration appears to be fine as, if I register a new user then they get the notification email.
To my knowledge nothing has been changed on the site or in the plugin over the last few weeks.
Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? Anyone found a resolution?

I've just uploaded the newest version of event booking and entrants are not receiving confirmation emails nor is administrator receiving a confirmation of the entry. When the entrant pays the fee and is returned to the site, even though the payment has gone through the entry is marked as 'pending' under registrants. Do all paid entries have to be manually changed from pending to paid by administrator in order for the entry to show up on the visible entrant's list? Once it's paid shouldn't it be logged as paid and immediately show up on the visible list?

Hi
It will be marked by the system as Paid automatically after you completed payment. I think you are using Paypal payment method, is that correct ?
if so, could you please login to your Paypal account, access to History -> IPN History to see whether there are any IPN messages. If there are, what is the status of the message ?
If there is no IPN message, you will need to activate IPN in your Paypal account.

Hi Tuan I am using Paypal, I did as directed and the payments status are showing up under IPN history as disabled yet the registration status still shows as pending on my registrants table and I have to manually change it to paid. Plus not getting the notification emails.

Update : The reason is because Paypal IPN is disabled in the client Paypal account. So he enabled it and everything works well now !
