modifying field names and [REGISTRATION_DETAIL]

Is there a way to change the names of fields in the auto-generated emails, also on the front-end of the website? I'd like to change °Event" to "Group" and "Category" to "Excursion".

Then I'd like to add Excursion (or Category, if the name can't be changed) and Date to [REGISTRATION_DETAIL].

Same with my response on other forum post. You can go to Events Booking -> Translation, find the text and change it to meet your need.
