When did you download the extension? There was this bug but we fixed it (not remember exactly time but it might be two weeks ago). Could you please download latest version, upgrade and check it again ?

I downloaded the latest version, I had to buy it again as my 12 months had expired by 3 days, but it is all working again.

If you don't need to renew the subscription (don't want to get future releases), please submit a support ticket let me know the Paypal account you used to purchase the extension so that I can refund the money of this renewal !
