Showing registrants list to public? was created by Jono
Hi,
When the event creator or an admin logs in to the frontend, he/she can see a list of all registrants for an event using the 'registrants list' link on the list of all upcoming events.
However, we would like registered users to be able to view this information as well - how can we enable this?
Thanks again for all your help,
Enoch

Hi Enoch
Go to Events Booking -> Configuration, click on Options button in the toolbar, then choose Public group, set View Registrant List permission to be Allowed.
After that, everything will work as expected.

Should that setting also apply to users who do not have user accounts on the website? I would like any visitor to the site be able to view our registrant list. I don't want them to be able to edit any information, just view the names of the registrants. Ideally, it would list their names and two of the custom fields that have been created.

Hi Diane
Visitors ofcourse can only see registrants list. They cannot edit registrants information. Something is not working on your site ? Please give me more information so that I can check it for you !

My issue was that the View List link was not displaying on the event detail pages. I had "Show List Of Registrants " set to yes in Configuration - Themes, but I needed "Show number registered users" set to yes as well.
