Paypal not redirecting on new user signup

It works fine on the existing users. If you go to westernarkansasrunners.com/index.php/com...gister&id=1&Itemid=0 and try to signup as a new user it just goes to a blank screen and never directs to paypal.

It does work like I said if it is an existing user.

I opened a support ticket and OS Solution Team immediately solved the problem (special thanks to Hungvd!).
The solution in my case was quite simple... they simply turned off captcha in the component configuration, because in my system the captcha plugin was turned off
