Upcoming pagination / Top category Heading

Hello, I have dilema. I want to display all category events, but when I use menu item type: Upcoming events there isn't any pagination (event list is neverending?)

I also try to change menu type to Category events, but when I select Top (All categories) the page is missing Header (Some editable Page title like "All events").

So i tried to Create Parent category of all my categories, but when I display it, there was only switch between sub-categories.

If you want to display all events, simply use the solution below :

1. Create a category called All Events

2. Edit all events, assign it to "All Events" category

3. Create a menu item to link to category layout of Events Booking, choose "All Events" in the menu parameter.

After that, it will work as expected.
