Useless captcha protection

I keep getting tons of spam registration for my events. I had enable captcha protection under the general settings but I still keep receiving a lot of spam. Is there a way of improving this? Can I use a 3rd party captcha extension that works with Event Booking.

Even using reCaptcha will still doesn't work in somecase. In your case, please install and use this extension (we used it on our website as well and the spams will be blocked).

Thanks for your replay. I installed the suggested extension R Antispam, but under the Global Configuration- Default Captcha * the only captcha showing is Capcha-Re-Capcha. How can I to set the newly install R Antispam as the default Captcha.

R Antispam is just an anti-spam system run underground and block all spammers, so it is not a capcha system. Just install, publish the plugin and you will see that the problem with spams will be gone. Do you get any spams after installing and publishing the extension ?
