How can I have multi language description ?

Hello,

I would like to ask how can I have multi language description in an event ? For example if I have one article that is associated with two others in different languages, is it possible to have it in my event description ?

I have the same question also for the "Terms & conditions" - How can it be in different languages ?

Events Booking support multilingual feature the same way as Joomla core. So to do that, you will need to create different events in this case, each event for one language (when you create an event, you can choose a language of that event). Could you please try?

I have already tried this. But how do I associate the two events in order when someone registers from german language, the number of registrations allowed in English language is also updated ? I couldn't find a way to associate them. And what about " Terms & Conditions" ?

That's the weakness o the current multilingual feature implemented in EB (and Joomla core way). We have to work to improve it to handle this situation (in the next major release, version 1.7.0). For now, it is not possible.

For Terms and Conditions, you will need to create different articles in this case, each article for one language. Then edit the event, and choose the correct terms and conditions for it.

I´m in the same situation and need to have multipel languages for the same event. Will you have a solution for this in the 1.7.0 and do you have an estimated relesea date for this?

In the next 4 weeks, I will release version 1.6.5 which contains so major improvements. Then I will spend the next 4 weeks to implement the new multilingual feature.

So to have the multilingual feature in the extension, please wait us for 8 weeks from today !
